Agreement to Terms

By using OG Sorted (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

OG Sorted is a free Webflow Designer extension that lets you audit and bulk-manage Open Graph images, titles, and descriptions across every page in your Webflow site — all from a single panel inside the Webflow Designer. The Service is provided at no cost to users.

Free Service

  • OG Sorted is currently provided completely free of charge
  • We work on OG Sorted development, improvements, and bug fixes as soon as we can in our available time
  • There are currently no subscription fees, usage limits, or charges for using the Service
  • We may introduce optional paid features or premium tiers in the future, but the core OG metadata auditing and management functionality will remain free
  • Any paid features would be clearly marked as premium and would not affect existing free functionality
  • We will provide reasonable notice before introducing any paid features

No Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Functionality: We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements
  • Accuracy: We do not guarantee that OG metadata reads, previews, or bulk updates will be 100% accurate in all cases
  • Compatibility: We do not warrant compatibility with all Webflow site structures, CMS configurations, or future Webflow updates
  • Availability: We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Service
  • Image Validation: Dimension checks and social card previews are provided as guidance only and do not guarantee how content will appear on all platforms

You use the Service at your own risk and discretion.

Support and Bug Fixes

  • We do our best to respond to support requests personally
  • We action bug reports and feature requests as soon as possible within our available time
  • Support is provided on a best-effort basis as time permits
  • We cannot guarantee response times or resolution timeframes
  • Support may be provided through various channels including email, forums, or other communication methods

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Using the Service in compliance with Webflow's Terms of Service
  • Backing up your Webflow projects before using the Service, particularly before performing bulk operations
  • Reviewing changes in the table preview before applying any CSV import or bulk update
  • Ensuring you have the rights to use any OG images uploaded or applied through the Service
  • Verifying that OG metadata applied via the Service meets the requirements of your target platforms
  • Understanding that CMS template pages with field bindings are locked by design to prevent accidental overwrites — do not attempt to circumvent this protection

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service (which is $0)
  • You agree to use the Service at your own risk
  • We are not liable for unintended metadata changes resulting from bulk operations, CSV imports, or misuse of the Service

Intellectual Property

  • You retain all rights to your Webflow project content, OG images, titles, and descriptions
  • We do not claim ownership of any metadata or assets you manage through the Service
  • The OG Sorted extension and its underlying code remain our intellectual property

Data and Assets

  • OG Sorted operates entirely within your Webflow project and Designer session
  • Images uploaded via the Service may be added to your Webflow Asset library as part of normal operation
  • We do not store, collect, or have access to your site content, OG metadata, or uploaded images
  • CSV exports are generated locally for your use and are not transmitted to or stored by us

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify, update, or discontinue the Service at any time
  • Change these Terms with reasonable notice
  • Add or remove features as we see fit

Third-Party Integration

  • OG Sorted operates within the Webflow platform and is subject to Webflow's terms and policies
  • We are not responsible for changes to Webflow that may affect the Service's functionality, including changes to the Designer API, asset management, or CMS behaviour
  • Social card previews are approximations and we are not responsible for how third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, LinkedIn) render your OG metadata

Termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time
  • We may discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice
  • These Terms remain in effect until the Service is discontinued

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR JURISDICTION] without regard to conflict of law principles.
